Rundll error userinit.dll module not found. Help?

Well, the other day i removed some keylogger/virus win.32.spy, and the antivirus said i had to rebot my computer to complete the deletion of the pest.

So i did, but at startup i get this error:

Rundll error:

userinit.dll module not found.

And the computer stops, it wont work anymore.

But if i pres ctrl+alt+esc i just run explorer.exe and everything works.

The userinit.dll was probly removed while removing the virus, so how can i get it back?

All advices are welcome

There isn't a userinit.dll in normal XP.

There is certainly a registry entry which is causing the error and stoping explorer try looking there : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Also try with another user account.

Also if you remember the name of the virus, you should find infos about manual removal on the antivirus websites like NAI does. Hope this helps.
