Alot of customer will ask for quotes, and today I ran across this and found it to be a great effort in fighting spam. Altho it does cost money.

Person asked for a quote. I sent a reply then got the following:

Howdy --

This is Bob's mailbox, but there's a new wrinkle, caused by too much spam. Sorry, but I had to do something about junk mail...

When I clicked on the link, it asked for a input of a word above. After doing that it allowed the e-mail to be forwarded to bob's e-mail inbox.

Anyways I thought it was great and thought I'd share it with everyone.
