I got a used live 5.1 sound card and I get "device not found" when I use the driver package from Creative.

I researched a bit and found that I need to open Sbl51vxd.lib with a program called 7-ZIP.

I did that and used Upddrv98.exe and after a few tries I got the card to work but I dont have the *.cpl in my control panel.

Anyone have to deal with this ?

Right now my Volume mixer says "SB Live! mixer (E400)"

Is that right?
