Can i splitstream Usp5 onto an Windows 2K SP4 CD?

Hi newbie here.

I was wondering if i could splitstream Usp5 onto a Windows 2000 SP4 CD instead of a virgin SP0 CD.

Will it makw any problems?

I'm asking this since i only have a Windows 2000 SP4 CD.
