Customizing taskbar/desktop preferences

I want for every user to have default settings:

- Show quick launch: ON

- Group similar windows: OFF

and icons "My Computer" and "My Documents" present on the desktop.

Is there a way to obtain this automatically through the installation?

Tou can regtweak all of this. Here's the one for not grouping similar icons (this is a system-wide setting):
