Guest aMb Posted September 8, 2001 Share Posted September 8, 2001 It could possibly be it, but if Microsoft say they have addressed the problem in Windows 2000 SP1, I would have thought that would be carried into XP.I think the problem can range from EzCD Creator, anything using IRQ 12, most possibly a NIC or sometimes DivX playback.It may also be a problem with Via, but they have not admitted to it. Rick Posted September 8, 2001 Share Posted September 8, 2001 In another post, someone else had this problem with the same error message when they tried to boot up. Do you have CD Creator on there?
