How Exchange works with replication of active directory

Just a quick questions, I have a site setup where there are 3 servers one has exchange, I have setup replication for AD, I just wanted to know if you can install the exchange components onto the 2 servers that dont have exchange so that when I create a new user, I can setup their emails aswell, when i do this now I must do it from the machine with exchange so i can get the mail boxes and so on.

when i do it from the other machines i get no exchange tool bars when i go to the users properties

You need to install Exchange system management tools. See here for instructions.
