acen2006 Posted June 30, 2006 Posted June 30, 2006 Could some one explain the advanced settings for HotfixesDirect Hotfix intergration [this is ticked]Display ReportsRemove cat Reports
T D Posted June 30, 2006 Posted June 30, 2006 (edited) Remove cat reports. cat reports are the stuff that can verify the authenticity or something of hotfixes. If you remove them, I THINK you need a hacked syssetup.dl_ and a hacked system file protection.Direct hotfix integration - the definition is in the title . Integration of updates and hotfixes.Display reports - don't show error messages and just do the action nlite recommends w/out prompts. Edited June 30, 2006 by T D
acen2006 Posted July 1, 2006 Author Posted July 1, 2006 Thanks for ur help T.D, I didnt know if all the boxes had to be tickd!.
T D Posted July 1, 2006 Posted July 1, 2006 I tick them anyway. I don't need error reports and I usually have a disabled Sfc because of tons of patches in my install. And a quicker setup.
acen2006 Posted July 1, 2006 Author Posted July 1, 2006 Ill highlight them all and just play around with it. When i find i dont want a cab file and try to delete it the mbs of the whole disk doesnt seem to change! It stays as it was before i deleted anything.
