updating my website

I have designed a website using Frontpage 2003 and have uploaded it. now that i am starting to get some business i am uploading their company logo's and have managed to get about three up so far. however on my local website i have four and some changes to the home page. these changes and logo will not update to the remote website. where am i going wrong? i have saved the changes, keep re-publishing it, and Frontpage says it has been published, however the changes are still not made.

is this an error on my part, or can it be something to do with my hosting company?

It might be something as stupid as explorer not checking for changes in pages.

goto Tools - Internet Options -

under Temporary Internet Files click Settings

and make sure Check for newer versions is set to Every Visit...
