Serious 2K3 Problem

Recently i've been getting this:

(excuse the bmp, server only has paint:P its onl 200kb)

The machine is running as a server for mail, web, router & firewall, barely gets touched but does this atleast twice a week.

Any help or feedback is appreciated.
