Where does windows store taskbar toolbar info?

I'd like to customize some of the entries under taskbar/toolbars, but I dunno where winxp stores this info (my bet is the registry) but just exactly where...

You can also use the Group Policy Editor to affect some changes if you have XP Pro. Start/ Run/ gpedit.msc and go to User Configuration/ Administrative Templates/ Start Menu and Taskbar.
