Task Manager Virus. Processes

I downloaded Iknow and it moniters your processes so i clicked on this one called isass.exe and it said its bad. now how do i delete this and stop it from running?

I found out what was wrong. isass.exe is the trojan. in the windows font here the capital L looks like an I so i got them mixed up. so no virus here =)
