hi new here need help

[Guest herogame]

i have a few issues on the com tryed to resolve it myself but not getting far at all , i notice for a short while when i go to install any exe programs it does not give me the install options ,not all the tabs are seen ,and when trying to activate programs that have been installed they dont open ,and i cannot do a system restore ,even though i go back 3 months it will not complete the process and windows updates will not open giving the Error number: 0x8DDD0018 i followed the proceedures and still does not work can anybody please help in resolving this problems . ps i use proport and on my own com it works fine but when on this laptop it not fully functional a display of how it appears is also posted which may help in seeing wot is happening
