3. Lucent WDM Win Modem Driver 8.22.0.0 - 634KB

All tested with nLite 1.0RC8 but should also work with RyanVM's Integrator.

WARNING: It's not recommended to use #1 if you don't have SB Audigy card, because Control Panel entry for Creative Audio Console will be always installed. If you still do, just delete "C:\WINDOWS\CtCtlPan.cpl" and "C:\WINDOWS\CtPanel.exe" and useless CP extension will be gone. Drivers, however, shouldn't be installed if you don't have suitable hardware. I'm sure for Agere because I tried it, but it should be also the case with other two. These are all regular driver installations started silently at T13 phase.
