XP, "Properties for this computer"

If you right click "this computer" -> click properties -> General.

Here we have an ICON, and where is the icon to change to get your own icon and some text for future unattend installations.

Forgot it, so hopefully some will give me the link. I believe it is here somewhere but I could not see it
