MS Office 2003 pro silent install?

If I wanted to make a silent install of MS office 2003 pro with Full + Options installed (custom Full install. ). I want all the information to be silent expect maybe the asking of the name.

I don't know where to start. I have read something about setup.ini and such but can anyone step me threw it.
