Porn Loader Posted August 1, 2003 Posted August 1, 2003 one of the employees at work uses word to compose his emails (aka he hits new msg in outlook, and it opens up word). is there any way to have the spell checker automatically fix spelling mistakes, instead of having to use F7?thanks all.
Aaron Posted August 1, 2003 Posted August 1, 2003 Having checked the Spelling Preferences in Word, there doesn't appear to be an option to auto-correct misspelled words as you type, Word often makes the wrong suggestion so if it did autocorrect them all the whole document might not make any sense at all.I've noticed there is an Auto-Correct option Under Tools, that will correct the most common misspelled words from a custom list, but won't do what you requested though (not near enough!)
