Linksys Firmware - Control bandwith or bandwith report by ip/mac

Hello, I'm looking for a firmware for my recent linksys router taht can tell me the bandwith used within a time frame for a specific ip or mac adress.

OR

A firmware that can allow me to specify how much bandwith a mac/ip is allowed to download/upload within a time frame.

Any Ideas ?
