3com 3c940 drivers for Vista 5384 x64

I'm looking for drivers for 3com 3c940 that will work with Vista 5384. I'm running this on 64-bit. Can someone post a link?

64 bit drivers are hard to find as they need to be first certified to work with MS, check with your Mobo manufactuer and see if they have vista supporting drivers for the NIC for x64,

it is hard to find drivers for windows xp x64, yet for vista...

if you want to play with vista you would be better off with the 32 bit version atm, driver support is much better for 32 bit versions still. when vista goes public with beta 2 or retail, you will have a better chance getting the 64 bit drivers.
