nrbr Posted June 2, 2006 Posted June 2, 2006 I am trying write in English (sorry)Today I look at the botton of the screen and there was almost 20 opened program. 99% was opened just because I knew that sometime I will need some data from this file: a e-mail from a plan, names from a doc, a information from a pdf etc.The problem is that the computer "get slow" (get slow?) and the work become confuse. I was think: Why not a system (windows XP for example) that make automatically all the files that are opened stays a reading mode or all file be opened in a reading mode before I decide to modify it. The more important: the information from the opened files be accessible to me in a soft way.
mark Posted June 3, 2006 Posted June 3, 2006 You could try a clipboard manager, like 101 clips, that you could use to store some of the chunks of data you need and only have a smaller number of files open. All the pieces of data you have clipped are there to be pasted.DL
