MediaPlayer10 and MS06-005

Hi All

I am going crazy trying to install the ms06-005 patch automatically after installing media player 10. I can install MP10 without any dramas with either svcpack.inf or runonceex.cmd. Is there any trick associated with this patch. The only way I can get it on is to install it manually after. It never complains during the build, it just doesn't go on. I'm fairly new to this, so dont worry about stating the obvious.

I've been searching here all day without luck, hoping someone can help.

All I need to do though is patch media player 10. As this is going into a corporate CD I dont want the customizations. Is there an easy process I can follow so I can reassemble the mp10setup.exe with the patches included. I'll spend some time checking out your link (already had a quick look) so if its in there maybe just a heads up to say if it is do-able would be great.

it was a patched mp10setup around in the application thread if i remeber right.......
