Then Windows would not have anywhere to autoload the originals from. How do you install from multiple cd's anyway?You can, but to run the 2nd CD you will have to have an exact drive letter and path your CD-ROM in your batch file on the Windows XP CD. (This can be a problem if you decide to use your custom CD on someone else's PC that may have different drive letters)e.g. instead of %systemroot%\install\Applications, you will have to use X:\Applications\ (X:\ being the CD-ROM Drive) Long reply was hereRealised it would benifit more people in a new thread,I'll call it Optical drive variables & second CD installLINK HERE Edited August 5, 2003 by cyberdiamond
