How do I convert all CD's from SBS 2003 to 1 dvd

Is there an easy way to convert all of the CD's that come w/ SBS2003 premium into 1 DVD? It's a big PITA to keep switching CD's. Also once converted, will it know what dir the cd2, cd3, etc is in automatically?

Well I know you can run CD2 and CD3 from a network share. That tells me location doesn't matter much. So you should be able to put CD2 and CD3 in subfolders on the DVD. It will ask for them, all you have to do it point them to the directory. It does require human intervention but it doesn't require the cd's. Using this method you could RDP into the server since the server is *technically* up and running at this point.
