Gaprofitt
Hi All,I need some help. I work for a automobile parts manufacturer. It is policy that the computers on the assembly line are non-domain computers. Throughout the rest of the plant I manage everything with Group Policy. What is the best way to manage the non-domain machines. Is it possible to somehow apply GPO's to a local machine by copying a file somehow? Thanks for any advice in advance.Greg
Zartach
You can create a local policy with policy editor, but a GPO is mutch stronger than local with for example software deployment. There is also 3rd party software around witch can do a little general management, but i cant remember the name but it could be that app is less effective and costs money ofcource.Zar
