color text printing grayscale

Hope somebody can help me out. I have a user who has a color spreadsheet which needs to be printed out to a color printer, but when it is printed, it's black and white. ~Even the print preview shows it in grayscale. I have checked the page settings and the printer settings, but all seems fine. When opening a document in word with color text, it's printing fine. When I forward this document to another user's pc, it's printing out fine to the same color printer.

Have checked on Microsoft's website, but couldn't find anything.

Any information or people who had the same issue?
