Trying to install language pack removed using nLite

I removed the turkish language pack because I didnt see why we would need it.

Now our business are communicating with a turkish business and we cant seem to open their emails (in turkish).

Therefore I need to install the pack again... but how??

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
