make the start button twice as deep?

right i'm using a modification of Luna Element made by someone on these forums, sorry i can't remember your msfn name!

i like having my taskbar set to 2xthickness, is it possible to use a bitmap that is double the thickness? what do i need to change, i'm guessing its all done in reshacker

currently looks like this and i'd like to make the start button a full flag..
