Installation of Win XP doesn't start correctly (video inside)

Hello,

I have a problem with my ris image of Windows Xp Sp2. The installation of Windows Xp begin (hardware detection) then, there is a boot logo wich never stops...

I have made a video on Vmware to show you...Thank you for your help.
