Problem with Add/Remove windows component

When i tried opening Add/Remove windows component i got error message (refer attached)

what went wrong here? pls advise.

Have you tried to do a restore to the last point ?

Did you clean your pc with a software ?

Try to restore this file form xp cd (expand x:\setupqry.in_ x:\windows\system32 ...)
