muiz Posted May 10, 2006 Share Posted May 10, 2006 (edited) i close this with the REG FILES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!last time :First install Zone alarm , and set it to how you want it , including all settings.Then in zonealarm go to : overview ... preferences.Then .... under : "Backup and restore Security settings" click on "backup"Save this file as : "zoneconfig.xml"Now send the zonealarm window to the tray.then export all the reg files of zonealarm.And copy the "zoneconfig" to your folder where your zonealarm setup is.I install this with RunOnce(this is how mine looks like)REG ADD %KEY%\167 /VE /D "ZoneAlarm PRO suite 6.1.744.001" /fREG ADD %KEY%\167 /V 1 /D "%CDROM%\Software\zonealarm\zapSetup.exe /s /i /noreboot /lickey xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx %CDROM%\Software\zonealarm\zoneconfig.xml" /fREG ADD %KEY%\167 /V 2 /D "REGEDIT /S "%CDROM%\Software\zonealarm\zone1.reg" /fREG ADD %KEY%\167 /V 3 /D "REGEDIT /S "%CDROM%\Software\zonealarm\zone2.reg" /freplace the"xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" with your own serial.and the reg files :[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Zone Labs][HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Zone Labs]Thats all...... !!!!!!!!!! prathapml Posted May 10, 2006 Share Posted May 10, 2006 The simplest way to close overview, would be to run task-manager & see what processes are running. Then kill the relevant process (FILENAME.EXE) thru your script. To make it truly silent, you'll need to apply registration (user/serial) thru *.REG files.The registry files may contain absolute paths (C:\ or D:\) in which case you can use system-variables for paths, thru command line.Muiz has described the whole process above.
