Problem with Vista 5365 installation and VIA SATA controller

Hi guys,

I'm trying to install Vista 5365 to my 250GB WD SATA drive which is connected to my Asus A8V's VIA SATA controller.

Vista detects the drive and its partitions, however it doesn't allow me to proceed with the installation - I get an error saying "Windows is unable to find a correct volume for installation".

What could be the problem?
