OLD Server to NEW Server (NT 4.0 to Business 2003)

I work for a nonprofit organization and we recently purchased a new server (Dell PowerEdge 1800). Our old server runs Windows NT 4.0 for networking, Apache for web serving and Argosoft for email.

I am really lost as to how to setup our new server. It only has one NIC and we have a cable internet connection with a static IP address. Currently a 3COM gateway server as the DNS for our domain. I really have no experience with Server 2003 and need some help. I do not know how to setup the email account properly and also don't know how to setup our webpages.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
