55degrees Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 (edited) I tried 2 times Vista installation with 2 different versions, at last 5308. After each Installation popped up a BSOD!!! fizban2 Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 unless the ram is bad, removing one stick isn't going to help much, best bet would be to check for BIOS updates for the motherboard, Nforce 4 had had issues with Vista, driver updats have seemed to help many with that issue, besides the fact that you can't just take out one stick of ram, computer wouldn't work, dual channel ram works over 2 slots, which is why the ram is in pairs.
