Gaprofitt Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 (edited) Hi All,I am having some difficulty with AutoRIS and need some help. I have setup the directories and the Driver Packs, ran the .vbs file which ran successfully. The problem is now on every machine I get the following error. The operating system image you selected does not contain the necessary drivers for your network adapter. Try selecting a different operating system image.I only have one image. The binslvc file version I have is 5.2.3790.1830, I tried stopping and restarting it with no luck.Any suggestions? How can I verify the drivers are in the correct location and that they uncompressed correctly from the vbs file. My path for the Driverpacks is c:\bts, I don't see where it uncompressed the drivers, it's not in $oem$ under my root or on the server under the I386 directory. Thanks,GregAtlanta Edited April 30, 2006 by Gaprofitt
RogueSpear Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 A few things: questions like this would be better placed in the RIS forum or even my in my AutoRIS thread. You make no mention of what kind of NIC you're experiencing problems with. Knowing what kind will greatly help others respond to and help you out with your problem. You may want to read my guide to RIS which is a sticky in the RIS forum and conduct a basic search as there are at least a dozen threads dealing with this issue specifically.
