[Help] Microsoft font size

Around the middle of April (after a Microsoft automatic update) all of my computer fonts became really small ( about 5 of 6 pt). I have tried system and display changes and nothing helps. My desktop icons become bigger, but not the size of the print. All my windows are a lot smaller than they were. I tried setting system back, but that disabled my virus program and would have meant I had to do major registry changes. Is there any way to fix this problem? I don't know what is wrong.

What is you screen resolution set to ?

Did you also look at the Desktop font selection? Under Appearance?

What is it set to? Normal or something different.

Reset Display Properties -> Appearance -> Advanced font sizes while in Safe Mode.
