Remove welcome screen

I've created my unattended xp cd and added stuff and tested it and everything is working. I have it set up to create users automatically so I do not need the welcome screen you go through in setup where you add user accounts. I am now trying to get rid of it and have not been able to find a way. I tried using oemskipwelcome=1, but it looks like that will not work with the oempreinstall=yes. I have searched the msfn forums and did not find a way to do it with my current setup. I have attached my winnt.sif. I would greatly appreciate any help in figuring this out.
