AutoSave MEsages and Attachments

Hello, I need a script or a plug-in that helps me :

1. to save mesages that are in html format. I need to save them on LAN Server with a given name (YYMMDD:HHmm)

2. to save atachements in folders I specify.

And all this should work automaticly when a new message is inbox.
