How to find program is using a fil

Hello

I would like to know if there is a program for Windows which can tell me which application is accessing a file.

My MS Outlook file is being used by something (Outlook is closed). When I try and copy or move the Outlook.pst file, the error is:

"Cannot move Outlook: It is being used by another person or program.

Close any programs that might be using the file and try again"

Are there any programs which can tell me what is using this file?

Use Computer Management

right click on my computer> manage

click Shared Folders > sessions

or

use the task manager to end application
