Hotfix KB908531 For Windows XP SP2

I've tried adding this with HFSLIP (HF folder) or Nlite (hotfix)... no errors occur with either, but the windows update website reports the update is needed... Any ideas?

Are you hacking shell32.dll by chance?

Nope, no files are being hacked... unless nlite or hfslip does this? and to my knowledge it doesnt.
