IE and Flash

Has anyone else see the wnnoying box that gets highlighted around flash onjects on websites? and says, click to active etc.

Really annoying, how can u disable this?

At first i saw it in IE7, and thoguth it was new, then saw it in IE6 as well, might have been after a win update.
