Flight Simulator X quandrary

Does anybody know - will I be able to use FSX on win98se?

This new sim, due around christmas, will be the greatest flight sim ever, with pedestrians cars and a real-life graphical experience, incomparable to anything which has gone before. I do NOT want to have to fork out for XP on top of the rip-off price which the sim will undoubtedly sell for.

Any informed details would be much appreciated
