Hi Everyone!

I'm introducing myself here....

I am Engineering Manager and Techie for a UK PC repair organisation called PC Assist. (www.assist.ltd.uk). I am also registered to MS OEM as we are investigating ways of making XP hard drive and OS re-installs a little less painless for our customers and engineers.

To that end, I have been working on an OPK image that we can supply to engineers already "pre-installed" so they can swap out hard drives on site and save a bunch of time by not having to re-install from CD.

I've been in the industry as a hardware and software engineer for almost 30 years, but still learn something new every day, which is what makes this fun.

Cheers

Graham
