[help] How to give password for folder in FAT32 formated windows XP

i got windows xp

on FAT32

is on office network

i have to share my folder but every body explore my fodler,,,

i want it to be password protected and for limited user....

is there any such programs,, or is built in...

i couldn't find such option in xp

I think there is a textbox somewhere in that property sheet that enables you to type a password for the share...

First, you need to make certain that "Simple File Sharing" is disabled.

Note that there will still be no filesystem level security on that share, only share permissions over the network.
