did i read this right? this was on the Internet Explorer 7 Beta preview download page.

does it say Ultimatly it will only be available on Vista, XP Pro X64 and Win 2003? so if i read this right it means it wont work on XP pro SP2 or XP Home? if so, isnt that pretty pathetic? XP has been the mainstream OS for the past few years and its already being phased out? anyone have any ideas?

No, they're saying that while it's only available for XP SP2 now, it'll be available for those other OSes as well when it goes final.

ah that makes sense, but i do hope they change the look of it, i dont like it. plus i dont like the tabbed browsing, i know i can turn it off. but knowing microsoft they may make it permanent. if that happens i will just stay with IE6 until it stops working like IE4 then ill switch to something else like firefox.
