Hans302 Posted April 14, 2006 Posted April 14, 2006 (edited) Simple question, and hopefully a simple answer?How does one remove old e.mail adresses and contacts that appear as autofilled when you have typed in 3 letters in the address bar of Outlook (2003). gamehead200 Posted April 14, 2006 Posted April 14, 2006 I believe once the list shows up, you can right-click them and press remove or press delete on your keyboard.
Hans302 Posted April 16, 2006 Author Posted April 16, 2006 Thanks for the reply - Tried it and you were almost right !The process is as followsWhen the names come up in the selection box list use your left mouse button to highlight the one you want to delete, but don't release your finger from the button.Then press the delete key on your keyboard, and the unwanted email address will be deleted !!!ThanksHans
