Now when an application tries to boot in text mode (i.e. PerfectDisk or even CHKDSK) it does not run nor appear in text mode. It shows only the XPize splash screen (the windows logo, in blue).did anyone have the same problem? how do I remove the custom boot screens w/o uninstalling XPize?tks.J.Sorry guys, I saw another post talking about this.once again, sorry.J.
