Help & Support Doesn't work

hi guys my help and support icon in the start menu doesn't work it says.. Cannot find helpctr.exe .. I put my xp cd in and ran sfc /scannow but I still get the same error...?

first i would make sure that the service is running, or at least set to manual and not disabled.

then go to this page and follow the instructions. it's a good site with lots of useful tweaks.

C:\WINDOWS\pchealth\helpctr\binaries

HelpCtr.exe resides in that directory...

I check the directory and there is nothing in the binaries folder, now what?
