No serial ports availabel

Hello,

I have problems to use the serial ports with WindowsPE. After starting PE it has recognized all the stuff like sound card, grafics card ... but the serial ports are not usable. To create the PE I have used the mkimg.cmd with PNP option. With the everest hardware diagnostic tool I see that communication ports are found but no COM-Port assignment has happened. In that case I can not open the ports.

Do you have any idea how I can get PE to recognize the COM ports?
