Xpize refuses to install.

I'm running windows server 2003 enterprise edition with SP1.

Ok, I run the xpize installer under an admin account. It gets up to the part where it asks if you want to have a xpized iso or a normal installation. I ask for the normal install and it simply quits. Xpize 4.2 didnt work and 4.3 has the same problem for me.
