Hi,

Can anyone recommend any free patch management tool (we are currently using WSUS but one problem is that most of our users are restricted (no Admin rights) so they can't install the patches on their workstation after being pushed from WSUS)

Can anyone post/share their own patch deployment processes?

WSUS works great, even for non-admin users. Simply configure the machine via GPO (or via the registry) to auto-install the patches at a specified time of the day, and the patches auto install. There's no need for user interaction, or administrator permissions.
